Tess Herschman

As a fourth-generation Floridian, I grew up in Sarasota, attending local schools including Ringling College of Art + Design’s interior design program.  For 25 years I was co-owner of Sarasota’s award-winning Methuselah's Antiques, when I traveled throughout the US and Great Britain on antique furniture buying trips. I own and manage residential properties in Sarasota and have resided in many local neighborhoods such as Bird Key, Downtown Sarasota, Palmer Ranch, South Gate, Siesta and Longboat Keys.  I have one grown daughter who lives in New York City.

My local community involvements have included Historic Spanish Point, Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce, New College Foundation, AJC and I am currently on the Board of the Sarasota Garden Club. An avid gardener, traveler, and history buff I enjoy exploring noted gardens and historic sites.

In order to provide the best possible service to my clients I have additionally earned both Graduate Realtor Institute and Accredited Buyer’s Representative designations.
